Final Fantasy: Brave Exvius Includes Ariana Grande’s Own Character!

Popular entertainer, Ariana Grande announced earlier today that she will have her own character in Final Fantasy: Brave Exvius. Yes. You read that right, it’s okay, I also never thought this would ever happen as well.

Final Fantasy: Brave Exvius is a free iOS and Android turn based RPG which was originally released in 2015 and since has been downloaded 8 million times as announced by Gumi in November. Her character, DW, will sport the iconic bunny ears featured on the cover of her Dangerous Woman album cover. She released both a photo of her meeting with the designers and also a video of her character and the animations. No word on the official release date but it will be coming out in an upcoming patch.

a little peek at DW featured in #FFBEWW ????? ♡????

Although my first reaction was one of confusion, I think it will be interesting to see if this leads to bridging the gap to even more celebrities working with game developers. We have already seen Kit Harington and Kevin Spacey appear in Call Of Duty and a number of celebrities have done voice work for games but Final Fantasy has largely remained untouched. Nevertheless, this information has prompted me to check out Final Fantasy: Brave Exvius! Expect a review sometime soon!
