Nintendo Hadoukens Super Smash Fans

Nintendo kicks off today with a 20 min. video explaining what they released today for Super Smash Wii U/3DS!

Just from seeing this, I already know that Ryu will be a fan favorite and will most likely be winning tournaments (depending on who uses him of course). Not only is he the only smash fighter with two special smash moves, but he also has a wider variety of skill sets. He has his “B” attacks but he also has his original Street Fighter skill set. These skills will make friends not want to play with their pro smash friends. I’m very excited to see Ryu in Tournaments.

fighter_3Roy first appeared on Melee and for the longest time, everyone had thought he was replaced by Ike. Although Roy and Marth do have the same skill set/speed, they differ because Roy has his sword do fire damage. Some players watching Roy may have said “He’s just a clone of Marth but with a fire blade.” However, unlike Marth, Roy’s sword is stronger at its base, so you’ll want to keep your opponent close by with fighting. They have also increased his damage from Melee, as well as updated his look.

We already knew Lucas was announced but we didnt know he was going to be added to this bundle! Lucas comes back to us from Brawl and awaits his fans to play him.

Mii Fighters Costumes #2

What new skins came out for our Mii characters? For Brawlers, Heihachi from Taken, Akira from Virtua Fighter, and Jacky from Virtua Fighter. For Gunners, Isabelle from Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Megaman.EXE from Mega Man Battle Network, and Inklings boy/girl from Splatoon! For Sword fighters, Zero from Mega Man X.

Besides Ryu and the Suzaku Castle stage being available today, both Roy and Lucas, the new Mii costumes and the Dream Land (64) stage are also available! Can’t wait to what else Nintendo will be doing! Check out the video for more info!

Tony AKA Powerforce is the master of playing Fox on Super Smash Bros, he loves him some JRPGs and can not get enough of indie games. Rumor has it that he is actually creating his own game! He is a solid guy in real life and will slit your throat in a table top RPG. Great guy! Loves dogs!
