Persona 5 The Animation Released its First Episode!
The Persona franchise is beloved by gamers far and wide for its originality, immense story lines, and charming characters. Persona 5 was no different when it released in 2016 and even two years later cosplayers are still creating new costumes of their favorite characters! Imagine the surprise of many when Aniplex announced that they would be creating an anime based on the game!
Having an animation was a fantastic idea due to the fact that not all gamers had the chance to experience the wonder of Persona 5 because it was exclusive to Playstation 4, myself included! I could only hear about the game and the characters from YouTube videos or watching Twitch streamers. Persona 5 The Animation now provides an opportunity to experience the story line in half an hour segments.
I was able to watch the first episode titled ‘I am thou, thou art I’ and have to admit that I can see the appeal already. Aside from the fact that the plot is thick with mystery and intrigue, the art style of phenomenal! I am excited to see what happens in the coming weeks and encourage both fans of the game or those who haven’t had a chance to check it out to tune in!
