Five Guests We Want to See on Harmon Quest Season 3
If you are unfamiliar with Harmon Quest, it features Dan Harmon, Erin McGathy, Jeff Bryan Davis, and Spencer Crittenden together they embark on an epic quest to save the world. Along the way they encounter a number of guest stars who help/hurt them. So far in the past two seasons we have seen Aubrey Plaza, Nathan Fillion, Patton Oswalt, Elizabeth Olsen, Kumail Nanjiani, and more! The guests always do such a fantastic job at coming in and adding their own flair to the story line before taking the humble leave. While we wait for the season three to come out, here are our dream choices for the guest slots and what classes and races they’d be:
Danny Trejo
Danny Trejo is such a great guy all around from his acting, business, and just as a person in general. Having him roll dice and roleplay any character he wanted would be incredible to see. I honestly can not think of a more bad ass person who would be down to play with the cast that would bring such a unique element to the table. Obviously he was born to be a martial class so a fighter and after a life time of being misjudged and looked down upon being a half orc would be perfect!
Xavier Woods
Xavier Woods is a geek through and through with his YouTube channel as sheer proof of his love for gaming. Being on WWE, he has such charisma and energy that would make any situation they encounter that much better. It honestly doesn’t matter what the situation would be, it would just ooze entertainment. Being mischievous in both real life and as his wrestling persona being Tiefling would be one point along with being a monk that only specializes in grappling to bring wrestling to a realm of might and magic.
Dodger
Dodger is a renowned content creator that has participated in a number to table top RPG sessions to the point where she is a full blown veteran. Many of her previous characters were entertaining and her knowledge of the basic mechanics means she’ll be able to provide out of the box solutions to any problems they run across. An ongoing joke about Dodger is about how short she is compared to others. Instead of being placed as a gnome or halfling, making her a dragon born would be great comedy to let her live the life of someone who can reach the top shelf. She is often found giggling and being kind to everyone she meets so throwing her into a class such as a barbarian and allowing her to rage would the best.
Commander Holly
Commander Holly lives and breathes table top RPGs as she has been so beloved as a player that Dungeons and Dragons constantly feature her on their content. Although she is most well known for her warlock Strix, she has shown that she can play whatever character and do fantastic at it. Honestly, her continuing to play a magic user such as a warlock or sorcerer along with a elf to further enhance her abilities is the best choice so she can bring the pain when needed.
Asif Ali
Asif Ali is an actor you have no doubt seen in commercials, skits, and various shows! He is an up and coming comedian who has mastered the art of comedy. His character of Pack on Wrecked is hilarious and if he were to bring that persona to the table that would be my all time favorite episode. There is no doubt in my mind that he will do nothing but continue to grow so it would be best to snag him sooner rather than later! He would make the best half elf bard and think of the greatest improved songs of all time!
Although the roster of comedians and movie stars are entertaining, I would love to see guests from other backgrounds to either a well rounded cast. Granted, I know that the folks running Harmon Quest are going to knock the next season out of the park so I have no fear at all! Be sure to check out Harmon Quest on Vrv!
